little red cap - color

For those of you who wanted it, here's a color version of little red cap. I used a different technique than I usually do, shading mostly with feathered selections instead of a more airbrushed look. Not sure if I like it or not. I think on a more stylized piece it would look more appropriate. I'd like to learn how some of the folks on this site get a more painterly look to their pieces using PS. If anyone has any techniques or knows of any good detailed tutorials let me know!

I messed around with it a bit more, adding color shadows instead of shading in black and lowering the transparency of the shading layer. I also added color to the stripes on the woodsman's shirt (which I had intended to do in the first place and then forgot to do it). And I took MissLeo's advice and added more shadows on the wolf.
