When I first started messing around with scratchboard again (I had one project in art school where it was used) I did this pic of Jerry with no references. It was after he died and at first I was gonna make one side of his head in shadow that made it appear skull like, but liked the skull reflected in the glasses better. On this one, I actually used PS to fix an eyebrow and to copy one skull to both lenses so they match perfectly. Is that cheating? Not in my book.
